Analysis Of Ejection Way Of Mould Products Nov 17, 2017

In the die design, the problem of the mold ejection is not good because of the inappropriate form of the column position and the column position of the product. The arrangement of thimble in mould design generally follows the following principles:

1. The thimble falls as far as possible at the bottom of the work in process.

2. The thimble falls as close as possible to the corner of the product.

3. The ejector can be symmetrically and evenly distributed on the work piece.

4, the thimble as far as possible in the arrangement of tendons and tendons or the intersection point of the wall and the tendon.

First, the different ejection way of the bone position of the product:

1, the top out of the superficial bone:

The bone position is less than 10mm of bone, in principle, the ejector pin is placed out of the bone position.

2. The ejection of the deep bone position:

The bone position is more than 10mm of the bone position, according to the following five cases choose the way out.

(1) when the glue is allowed to be added in the work, the symmetry of the bone bit and the diameter of the thimble are preferred for ejection, but the diameter of the thimble can not exceed the wall thickness of the product so as to avoid the shrinkage of the surface of the product.

For example: when the wall thickness of the product is T=3mm, the diameter of the thimble D shall not exceed 3mm.

(2) when the glue is allowed to be added in the work process, the diameter of the thimble should be increased to increase the diameter of the thimble, but the diameter of the thimble can not exceed the thickness of the product so as to avoid shrinkage on the surface of the product.

For example: when the wall thickness of the product is T=3mm, the diameter of the thimble D shall not exceed 3mm.

If the deep bone bit is inserted on the die, the flat thimble ejector is recommended for the precision mould and the ordinary medium and small mould. The width of flat thimble should be smaller than the width of the bone bit. In some special cases, the flat thimble with slightly wider width than the width of the bone should be selected under the condition of adding glue to the flat thimble of the work in process, but the width of the flat thimble should not exceed the thickness of the product wall so as to avoid the shrinkage of the surface of the product.

For example: the wall thickness of the product is T=2.5mm, the width of the deep bone is W=1.6, the width of the flat thimble should be 1.5mm, and the position of the flat thimble of the work piece is allowed to glue, and the width of the flat thimble t should not be greater than 2.5mm t.

(4) when the deep bone is pulled out on the large die, the top of the bone can be pulled out at the bottom of the bone.

The deep bone in principle does not recommend the use of a bone near the thimble ejection or with a small thimble directly for top bottom of parietal bone.

Two, the ejection way of product column position:

1. The ejection of shallow column:

The column position of column depth is less than 10mm, near the column side or single side with ejector pin;

2. The ejection of the deep column:

The column position of the column depth is greater than 10mm, and is directly pushed out with a cylinder or a thimble (solid column).
